β’ Oversees transformation initiatives that align with business unit growth goals and deliver measurable results through structured execution and strategic alignment.
β’ Collaborates with divisional and functional leaders to pinpoint and concentrate on high-value, enterprise-critical initiatives that further organizational priorities.
β’ Develops and implements transformation programs by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
β’ Works alongside Technology, Data, and Architecture leaders to design tailored future states that balance business requirements, swift value delivery, and long-term scalability.
β’ Fosters adoption and cultural alignment by implementing proactive change management strategies and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
β’ Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
β’ A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in business transformation, including several years in a management role with significant business impact, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
β’ Required: Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments.
β’ Highly preferred: Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking).
