Vice President of Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become part of a swiftly expanding national firm during its crucial growth phase.

• Contribute significantly to the success of a rapidly evolving business.

• Lead product execution with a team of Technical Product Managers.

• Report directly to senior leadership while collaborating closely with the engineering organization.

• Design and architect systems from the ground up.

• Spearhead the development of a custom AI-enabled CRM.

• Supervise the creation of a client-facing portal.

• Manage the transition away from Salesforce and Filevine.

• Ensure that initiatives have a clear definition of completion and a strategy for adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role overseeing other PMs.

• Demonstrated history of launching AI-powered or AI-integrated products.

• Strong product intuition and a keen eye for user experience.

• Experience in leading large-scale platform migrations or initiating greenfield projects.

• Ability to act swiftly and make decisions without having all the data.

• A humble, team-oriented leader who enhances the capabilities of those around them.

• A tendency to focus on building rather than merely planning.
