This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Oversee the Commercial Corporate Accounts team and guide the sales of products through strategic Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and prominent Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
β’ Continuously enhance individual and organizational capabilities to strengthen the team while achieving results.
β’ Exhibit initiative and critical thinking to recognize and prioritize both process and performance deficiencies.
β’ Represent Teleflex in a customer-facing role with professionalism, service, and ethical standards.
β’ Foster a fair, transparent, and productive environment for the team.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
β’ Over 10 years of successful sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years engaging with large IDNs or GPOs.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in leading sales teams and enhancing team capabilities to achieve sustained results and improved bench strength.
β’ Familiarity with IDN and GPO sales management techniques and processes.
β’ Proven negotiation skills and a solid understanding of contracts and specific contractual language.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
β’ Established capacity to build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
β’ Experience in recruiting and developing high-caliber talent.
β’ Background in performance management.
β’ Commitment to a servant leadership approach.
β’ Competence in financial analysis and the creation of presentations.
β’ Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
β’ Anticipated travel exceeding 50%
