VP Analyst, Direct & Indirect Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop innovative, thought-provoking, and highly impactful “must-have insights” content.

• Generate new insights and concepts through thought leadership initiatives.

• Conduct thorough analyses to uncover the root causes of client challenges or overall requirements.

• Exhibit thought leadership in establishing Insights roles across a team of analysts.

• Research, analyze, and forecast market trends and shifts.

• Offer clients and prospects actionable guidance.

• Create and present high-value presentation materials.

• Provide support to BTI and Sales teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.

• 15+ years of relevant experience in the field or industry.

• Extensive knowledge in AI-enabled procurement and sourcing transformation.

• Strong comprehension of the AI-first and digital enterprise landscape.

• Demonstrated leadership in BPO and managed services strategies.

• Senior-level experience in advising global procurement and supply chain organizations.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform well under tight deadlines.

• Proven excellence in research and writing capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in data analysis and synthesis.

• Exceptional communication skills.
