This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Produce innovative, thought-provoking, and essential “must-have insights” content.
• Generate new insights and concepts through thought leadership, offering compelling and actionable strategies that enhance the client's ability to act on their needs and requests.
• Conduct thorough analyses to identify the underlying causes of a client’s challenges or overall requirements, reframing perspectives to advance strategy.
• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing Insight positions across a team of analysts.
• Provide bold, independent insights to Gartner leaders that can influence the trajectory of research agendas.
• Investigate, analyze, and forecast market trends and shifts to deliver actionable insights to clients and vendors.
• Offer clients and prospects actionable guidance aligned with their specific content area through virtual or in-person interactions.
• Create and present high-value presentation materials for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings, both on and off stage.
• Support BTI and Sales by acting as the market voice to assist Insights teams in content creation and fostering client engagement to address their critical priorities for business growth.
• Establish credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner insights, methodologies, and strategies.
• Actively engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions, collaborating effectively with peers in the Insights community.
• Identify improvements in research processes or develop new procedures to enhance the team's service delivery alongside BTI.
• Mentor and coach junior team members by providing support and guidance.
• Maintain a client-centric approach while proactively encouraging clients to engage regularly and frequently with Gartner insights and interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• At least 15+ years of experience in an Analyst Relations team or leadership position.
• Experience collaborating with Senior Leadership in marketing, communications, strategy, or product areas to guide corporate direction and achieve organizational goals.
• Expertise in planning, developing, and executing an evaluative and advisory Analyst Relations program.
• Proficient in deploying tools and technologies to support the strategic execution and operational aspects of the analyst relations function to meet objectives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and presentation abilities; capable of engaging clients and effectively addressing their inquiries.
• Skilled in analyzing and synthesizing data; adept at applying patterns and frameworks while formulating and defending conclusions to client challenges.
• Subject matter expertise with confidence in presenting at both large and small-scale speaking engagements.
• Extensive knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area and the interactions within that market.
• Quick to learn and skilled in navigating complex, matrixed environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable).
