• Develop innovative and thought-provoking content that provides essential insights.
• Generate new ideas and insights through thought leadership, offering compelling and actionable solutions to client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to uncover the root causes of client challenges and reframe perspectives to inform strategy.
• Define Insights roles within a team of analysts.
• Present independent insights to Gartner leaders to enhance research agendas.
• Conduct research, analysis, and forecasting of market trends and changes.
• Deliver actionable advice to clients and prospects through virtual or in-person meetings.
• Create and present high-value materials for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings.
• Provide sales support as the representative voice of the market.
• Assist Insights teams in content creation and fostering client engagement.
• Ensure high-quality and timely peer review of content.
• Represent Gartner's insights, methodologies, and strategies as an industry expert.
• Engage in innovation, ideation, research discussions, and collaboration with Insights colleagues.
• Identify enhancements in research processes and develop new service delivery methods.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Facilitate regular client engagement with Gartner insights and interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Over 12 years of relevant industry experience.
• More than 3 years of experience in payments, fintech, enterprise technology, or advisory roles.
• Experience working with large enterprise or government clients.
• Strong understanding of tokenization, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain, and digital asset regulation.
• Familiarity with enterprise processes and architectures that integrate digital asset capabilities.
• Executive presence with the ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and capability to work under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated excellence in research and writing.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively engage clients and respond to inquiries.
• Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data while applying patterns and frameworks.
• Capability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Subject matter expertise with comfort in presenting at both large and small-scale speaking events.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of the global competitive landscape in the relevant subject area.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multicultural global teams.
• Learning agility and skill in navigating highly matrixed environments.
• Ability to effectively represent Gartner's research methodologies and strategies at all levels.
