This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Produce innovative and compelling “must-have insights” content that challenges conventional thinking.
• Generate fresh insights and ideas through thought leadership, offering actionable strategies that enhance the client's capacity to respond.
• Conduct thorough analyses to uncover the underlying causes of a client’s challenges or needs, reframing perspectives to advance strategic initiatives.
• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing insights positions within a team of analysts.
• Present provocative, independent insights to Gartner leaders that can shift the direction of research agendas.
• Investigate, analyze, and forecast market trends and changes to deliver actionable insights to clients and vendors.
• Offer actionable advice aligned with the designated content area to clients and prospects through virtual or in-person engagements.
• Design and present high-value materials for Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefings, both on and off stage.
• Support BTI and Sales by acting as the market voice to assist Insights teams in creating content and engaging clients to advance their essential business priorities.
• Ensure high-quality, timely peer reviews of content.
• Establish credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner's insights, methodologies, and strategies.
• Actively engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions, collaborating effectively within the Insights community.
• Identify improvements in research processes or develop new processes to enhance service delivery by the team and BTI.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional growth.
• Maintain a client-centric approach by consistently facilitating client engagement with Gartner insights and interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Over 14 years of relevant professional or industry experience.
• Extensive experience guiding organizations through technology-driven business transformations.
• Experience in developing enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) strategies linked with AI value realization programs.
• A proven track record as a business and technology strategy executive and thought leader.
• Demonstrated ability to influence business executives and Board of Directors by converting complex data into actionable insights.
• Exhibit executive presence; capable of establishing credibility with executives and other stakeholders immediately.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines while delivering high-quality outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and presentation capabilities; able to engage clients and respond effectively to inquiries.
• Proficient in data analysis and synthesis, effectively applying patterns and frameworks while drawing and justifying conclusions to address client challenges.
• Subject matter expertise; comfortable presenting at both large and small-scale speaking engagements.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area and its market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently while being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others in a multicultural global team.
• Learning agile and skilled at navigating highly matrixed environments.
• Capable of effectively representing Gartner's research methodologies and strategies at all organizational levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable).
