Senior Managed Services Engineer – AI & Copilot

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and maintain a diverse array of solutions utilizing platform services for both internal stakeholders and customers.

• Oversee and configure platform infrastructures, applications, and collaboration tools.

• Lead and participate in Managed Service Provider (MSP) projects, working alongside internal and external clients to ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals.

• Interact directly with clients through status updates, change requests, meetings, incident management, and project engagements, while comprehensively understanding their needs and criteria for success.

• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues to guarantee optimal system functionality.

• Enhance existing environments and standardize processes by creating and upholding standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Act as an escalation point for complex incidents and guide technical direction during client-facing interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, equivalent practical experience, or 6-10+ years of applicable work experience.

• Proven experience in leading technical delivery, mentoring engineers, and taking responsibility for outcomes in customer environments.

• Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git, Azure DevOps).

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (or the ability to obtain it within 6 months); Relevant Microsoft Copilot training/certification; ITIL v3+ (or the ability to obtain it within 6 months).
