Senior Consultant – AI Solutions EPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Consultant - AI Solutions EPM, you will assume a vital strategic and operational position, merging EPM expertise with innovative AI technologies.

• Your tasks will encompass the development and expansion of AI-driven Jedox solutions, leading the transformation of our Implementation Services, and acting as a technical expert and trusted advisor to clients in delivering genuine value through AI-enhanced planning.

• Leading AI transformation: Spearhead the integration of generative AI, AI agents, and automation into our delivery processes.

• Scaling AI methodologies: Design, assess, and execute consulting strategies on a global scale.

• Assessing new technologies: Evaluate the applicability of AI tools and frameworks for projects and internal operations, and identify ways to leverage them to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Optimizing delivery: Enhance the effectiveness of your projects, documentation, and customer interactions by integrating AI solutions.

• Developing AI resources: Produce templates, accelerators, and frameworks that can be reused and repurposed.

• Collaborating cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership teams on AI initiatives.

• Empowering teams: Support fellow consultants and establish best practices for AI implementation.

• Establishing AI governance: Set standards for the responsible and effective application of AI and ensure consistent adherence to these standards.

• Implementing client solutions: Create and deploy AI-powered Jedox solutions while providing support as a trusted advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience (5+ years) in consulting, enterprise software implementation, business planning, analytics, or similar client-facing roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with generative AI platforms (including Claude AI) and advanced prompt engineering techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in designing or implementing AI-driven workflows, agent-based systems, knowledge retrieval solutions, or automation frameworks.

• Background in client-facing consulting, solution architecture, or implementation positions.

• Solid grasp of planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance management processes.

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities with the capacity to bridge the gap between business and technology.

• Exceptional communication and workshop facilitation skills.

• Proficiency in German and business fluency in English.
