This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of Sago Facility locations, operations, and services, tailoring outreach for various customer segments through a profound grasp of in-person customer needs and requirements.
• Oversee a current portfolio of facility clients, adhering to established sales targets while collaborating with operations to meet profitability expectations.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with influencers and decision-makers within client organizations to foster new business development. This role necessitates consistent and focused outreach to achieve success metrics.
• Create an annual sales strategy aimed at delivering significant year-over-year growth while effectively managing profit and pricing expectations.
• Optimize high-level calendars across Sales, Operations, and Client stakeholders.
• Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue by acquiring new facility clients, expanding into new departments within existing accounts, and re-engaging lapsed customers. Responsible for maximizing long-term client lifetime value instead of just short-term project profitability.
• Leverage account knowledge and existing data to analyze and forecast account performance.
• Meet and/or surpass quarterly revenue, profit targets, and lead indicator performance metrics.
• Develop insightful proposals and conduct strategic sales communications; consult with clients regarding sample design and business challenges.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by collaborating with internal teams on project specifications—including calendar management and local feasibility—and ensure quality results for clients while proactively resolving sales issues.
• Handle incoming facility rental-only bid requests, collaborating with Account Management talent for other bidding requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to ensure that all account strategies align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Work together with the VP of Facility Operations to provide an outstanding client experience and drive growth.
• Offer client feedback and industry insights to enhance existing products and innovate client tools/products.
• Achieve results that foster high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Candidates must possess a mature level of industry knowledge and expertise, along with a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
