This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary relationship leader for key accounts, bringing innovative training solutions to fruition.
• Lead annual account planning and develop long-term strategic roadmaps aimed at modernizing learning.
• Establish trust with senior stakeholders in Training, Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and HR.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, visioning workshops, and innovation planning sessions.
• Recognize whitespace opportunities and spearhead strategic upsells based on client requirements, industry trends, and future learning demands.
• Manage the development of pitches and proposals, including pitch strategy and contract negotiations for new and expanded projects.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to co-develop modern, technology-driven solutions.
• Partner with solution architects, creative professionals, and learning strategists to create integrated offerings.
• Foster a builder mindset by prototyping new services, piloting AI tools, and discovering new revenue streams.
• Guarantee the seamless execution of intricate programs across various learning modalities, including immersive workshops, digital platforms, virtual experiences, simulations, and field enablement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, designers, and analytics teams to ensure quality and alignment with client objectives.
• Advocate for client satisfaction, retention, and measurable business success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and innovation partner to senior clients.
• Lead transformative learning solutions across commercial, medical, and compliance teams.
• Over 10 years of experience in client services, consulting, or account leadership.
• Preferably experience in an agency, medical communications, or training-focused setting.
• Extensive knowledge of the life sciences sector and regulated training environments.
• Proven history of expanding multimillion-dollar accounts and influencing senior client stakeholders.
• Strong training expertise and the ability to convert business objectives into learning strategies.
• Entrepreneurial and forward-thinking mindset.
• Strategic and consultative approach to problem-solving.
• Growth-oriented mindset and openness to experimenting with new ideas.
• Capability to mobilize teams and address adaptive challenges.
• Familiarity with AI-driven learning tools or omnichannel training strategies (preferred).
• Experience dealing with medical affairs, clinical development, or compliance training challenges (preferred).
• Background in managing hybrid or remote teams within scaling environments (preferred).
