Voter Contact Analyst, Party At The Polls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Party At The Polls team in managing a peer-to-peer texting platform to effectively engage with When We All Vote’s audience.

• Work in collaboration with the Communications team to ensure that peer-to-peer text messages are crafted to effectively connect with target audiences.

• Maintain datasets related to various voter contact methods, including but not limited to mail and phone, while also supporting non voter-file based voter advertising as necessary.

• Oversee Party At The Polls partner-facing platforms, including but not limited to event registration platforms and application processes.

• Aid in both internal and external reporting for Party At The Polls to illustrate program impact over time.

• Perform other relevant and assigned duties as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a nonprofit or political setting, focusing on data management, digital campaigns, or CRM operations.

• Proven experience with peer-to-peer texting platforms like Scale To Win, event registration platforms such as Mobilize, and CRMs like HubSpot.

• Skilled in using forms tools such as Google Forms or Typeform and proficient with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
