NERC CIP Remediation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform hands-on remediation activities related to NERC CIP standards CIP-003 through CIP-013 as instructed by the audit readiness leader.

• Execute technical and procedural measures to address compliance gaps identified during gap assessments and mock audits.

• Gather, arrange, and conduct QA/QC on compliance evidence packages for the WECC audit submission.

• Accurately document remediation efforts, control test outcomes, and closure evidence.

• Collaborate with internal IT, OT, and compliance teams to confirm the completion of remediation across both technical and regulatory areas.

• Assist in the identification of cyber assets, BES Cyber System categorization, and the implementation of controls.

• Keep comprehensive work logs to support time and materials billing and audit trail requirements.

• Promptly escalate any blockers and risks to the engagement lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of relevant NERC CIP compliance or remediation experience.

• Practical knowledge of CIP-003 through CIP-013 standards.

• Proven experience in executing tasks: implementing controls, creating evidence, and closing findings. Advisory-only profiles will not be accepted.

• Background in OT/ICS environments is essential.

• Strong adherence to documentation practices; evidence collection and control validation are required.

• Preferred experience with the WECC region.
