Data Transformation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Convert and validate data from various business systems.

• Develop and sustain datasets, reports, and dashboards.

• Assist in data migration and integration initiatives (ERP/CRM/cloud).

• Examine data to uncover trends and derive business insights.

• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.

• Work collaboratively with business, IT, and operations teams.

• Streamline manual data processes wherever feasible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data, IT, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.

• Proficient in SQL and Excel (advanced proficiency required).

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other comparable tools.

• Knowledge of ETL and data transformation methodologies.

• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
