VoIP Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Engineers and integrates voice, video, and collaboration features within IT/OT environments

• Includes lab validation

• Provides cutover support

• Conducts operational testing

• Manages transition artifacts

• Offers ORR support

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in enterprise VoIP/UC or telecom engineering

• Knowledge of SIP/call routing

• Experience with dial plans

• Proficiency in endpoint provisioning

• Understanding of voice quality fundamentals

• Ability to troubleshoot across voice/video/collaboration and network/security dependencies

• Strong documentation and runbook discipline

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
