Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Android SDK, application architecture, user interface development, and lifecycle management.

• Proficient with contemporary Android methodologies and tools, including MVVM or comparable architecture patterns, Jetpack libraries, REST API integration, and multithreading/concurrency.

• Skilled in performing detailed code reviews, ensuring high test coverage (Unit, Integration, and UI tests), and advocating for "Clean Code" principles.

• Capable of addressing intricate problems and devising practical, innovative solutions.

• Possess strong analytical abilities and a tendency to think creatively.

• A proactive mindset with the capacity to work autonomously and take initiative.

• Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for collaborating with a highly skilled technical team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Android development, with expertise in Kotlin and/or Java.

• Background in application security or secure mobile development practices.

• Understanding of cryptographic principles, including encryption, key management, certificates, secure storage, or authentication processes.

• Experience in cybersecurity, identity protection, fraud prevention, device security, or similar sectors.

• Knowledge of performance optimization, reverse engineering defenses, or mobile application hardening techniques.

• Proven Android expertise demonstrated through contributions to side projects, open-source initiatives, or published applications.

• Familiarity with working in an Agile/Scrum setting.
