VMS Operations Technology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the configuration lead for various projects, focusing on the development and execution of technology and business solutions.

• Deliver tier 2 support to MSP clients and program office teams.

• Employ a range of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) including SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Coupa, and more.

• Gather, assess, and enter data through flat files into VMS; review output data and rectify errors as necessary.

• Analyze operational processes and procedures to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Assist with other dynamic responsibilities as designated by the US VMS Operations Manager.

• Promote MSP quality initiatives by overseeing all Program Change Requests (PCRs) in alignment with MSP-defined procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Propose, recommend, and implement solutions through appropriate channels.

• Confirm the successful execution of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service.

• Background in staffing, MSP, and/or contingent workforce management.

• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, or a strong willingness to achieve that skill level (or higher).
