• First point of contact for Belgian customers

• Handling inbound calls

• No cold calling or aggressive sales tactics; focus on service, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction

• Maintain composure during hectic moments

⛳️ Requirements

• You are actively working as a self-employed individual (either full-time or part-time) with a valid VAT number

• You communicate fluently and perfectly in Flemish

• You have proven experience in telephone customer service (inbound)

• You possess a calm, professional home workspace with a stable and fast internet connection

• Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy
