Vlaams / Nederlands SAP Payroll Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Designing and delivering high-quality system configurations within the complex Belgian payroll administration, including in-depth analyses of schemas, PCRs, and payroll components.

• Analyzing and resolving intricate functional and technical issues related to overtime, Belgian social security calculations, statutory reporting, taxes, and specific local allowances.

• Leading workshops, documenting end-to-end configurations, and managing data migration processes (cleaning and mapping) during the rollout of SuccessFactors ECP.

• Independently handling support tickets from functional analysis to final technical go-live, including proactive status reporting to the AMS Cluster Lead.

• Supporting technical teams with integration requirements and conducting thorough system and regression testing for a seamless transition to the management phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, demonstrable experience with the configuration, maintenance, and support of SAP Payroll systems (SAP HCM or ECP).

• In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Belgian social and tax legislation regarding payroll administration, including schemas and PCRs.

• The ambition or experience to act as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Excellent command of the English language; willingness to work according to Belgian office hours.

• A valid work permit for the European country where you reside (visa sponsorship is not available).
