This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Driving conversions as the Ecommerce Visual Merchandiser.

• Ensuring that every interaction point is visually appealing and optimized to enhance revenue.

• Boosting conversion rates, revenue per session, and product visibility.

• Converting marketing initiatives into high-performing digital storefronts.

• Overseeing the visual hierarchy of the website and managing automated sequencing for high-margin items.

• Curating collections manually for significant seasonal events.

• Steering the onsite testing strategy through the analysis of heatmaps and A/B testing outcomes.

• Partnering with marketplace sellers to create immersive brand experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in e-commerce merchandising platforms (such as Shopify or Klevu).

• Skilled in Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and GrowthBook.

• Demonstrated success in high-volume e-commerce visual merchandising.

• Strong understanding of brand management.

• Capable of effectively influencing cross-functional teams.

• Experience in high-traffic, media-driven retail settings is a significant plus.

• A proactive problem solver with the creativity to craft compelling brand narratives.

• Committed to continuously testing and refining for optimal performance.
