Visual Designer – Fixed Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality eLearning courses utilizing Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.

• Develop and enhance multimedia assets (graphics, layouts, interactions, animations) according to storyboards.

• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to turn concepts into engaging learning experiences.

• Package and publish courses in accordance with SCORM (1.2/2004) and xAPI standards.

• Maintain visual consistency, ensure accessibility compliance, and optimize responsive performance.

• Test, troubleshoot, and deploy courses across various Learning Management System (LMS) environments.

• Confirm course reporting (completion, scoring, tracking) across SCORM/xAPI-compliant LMS platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Visual Designer.

• Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline (preferred but not essential).

• Strong visual design capabilities (layout, typography, branding, color, composition).

• Familiarity with design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Blender.

• Comprehensive understanding of SCORM (1.2/2004) and xAPI tracking standards.

• Solid working knowledge of LMS platforms and the ability to troubleshoot LMS-related challenges.

• Capability to interpret and execute storyboards with precision and creativity.

• Strong design sensibility and meticulous attention to detail.

• Working knowledge of JavaScript and CSS for custom functionalities.

• E-learning experience is a plus.
