This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Create high-quality visual assets, including social media posts, carousels, infographics, website visuals, presentations, and case studies.
• Develop and edit short-form video content, incorporating motion graphics and basic animations.
• Ensure strong visual consistency in accordance with brand guidelines across all assets and channels.
• Generate PDF and offline marketing materials such as brochures, one-pagers, and slide decks.
• Review all marketing content for grammar, clarity, tone, and accuracy prior to final delivery.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks focusing on spelling, punctuation, alignment, layout, and overall visual balance.
• Assess assets as a whole to guarantee both visual excellence and message consistency.
• Participate in content planning sessions, offering a visual perspective on storytelling across various formats.
• Propose format modifications and creative strategies to enhance engagement on LinkedIn, email, and web platforms.
• Aid in executing the content calendar by synchronizing visual asset production with scheduled campaign timelines.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Marketing Support Specialist, and the wider team to comprehend requirements and refine creative outputs.
• Clearly articulate design decisions and their rationale when presenting work.
• Function effectively in a feedback-oriented, iterative environment with quick turnaround expectations.
• Over 3 years of experience in visual design and content strategy.
• Strong design capabilities with expertise in video editing and motion design.
• Proficient in tools such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Near-native proficiency in English with outstanding grammar, clarity, and tone control.
• Strong proofreading skills with a high level of accuracy across both written and visual content.
• Exceptional attention to detail in visual execution and messaging.
• Ability to consistently adhere to and enforce brand guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, revision-focused environment.
