Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create contemporary, CI-compliant PowerPoint presentations that showcase a clear structure and high visual quality.

• Develop and uphold consistent, recognizable document templates for PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Design icons, schematics, charts, and visuals, while modernizing and simplifying existing graphics.

• Craft intro/outro slides and graphic video elements, including overlays, backgrounds, and lower thirds.

• Establish and maintain templates for presentations, course materials, and worksheets, leveraging AI to generate imagery and layout concepts.

• Evaluate all designs for consistency, readability, accessibility, and compliance with CI/branding standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in presentation, corporate, or visual design.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud; skills in 3D/Blender are a plus.

• Passionate about creating aesthetic templates, standards, and scalable design systems.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

• Self-sufficient, organized, and practical — able to thrive under time constraints.

• Strong communicator and team-oriented, with a passion for collaborative, cross-functional work.
