Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Create key visuals and collateral for marketing initiatives and company events.

• Support the management of the website, newsletters, and all other company materials as needed.

• Design a variety of graphic, sales, and marketing materials including EDMs, posters, social media posts, and presentations.

• Oversee the complete cycle of video editing projects, which includes adding subtitles, audio adjustments, visual effects, and basic animation.

• Develop short demos utilizing Figma (training will be provided).

• Ensure proper documentation of all design files is maintained.

• Create and oversee templates and style guides.

• Manage a repository for digital assets.

• Confirm that design specifications are ready for production and collaborate with external printers or contractors/suppliers/vendors to ensure top-quality materials and adherence to deadlines.

• Follow briefs within brand guidelines, ensuring consistent branding across all creative assets.

• Minimum of a Diploma in Art/Design/Creative fields along with 5 years of relevant experience.
