Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create packaging, displays, and POG renderings in line with brand guidelines and launch schedules.

• Develop printed product materials and catalog page designs adhering to brand standards.

• Implement the visual design for trade show booth signage, flyers, advertisements, and other collateral.

• Produce campaign animations for digital advertisements, banners, and social media platforms.

• Organize assets to facilitate video production and carry out video editing tasks.

• Realize new brand concepts through various design solutions while maintaining alignment with design objectives and brand strategies.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to comprehend brand and project needs as well as deadlines.

• Utilize strong communication skills to earn the confidence and trust of cross-functional partners and internal team members.

• Engage in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, critiques, and ideation workshops.

• Adhere to file naming conventions and follow file organization protocols.

• Routinely upload approved assets to the digital asset management (DAM) platform.

• Maintain the project management tool with up-to-date project details and statuses.

• Examine digital proofs for accuracy and quality as necessary.

• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s Degree.

• Over 4 years of experience in graphic design.

• More than 5 years of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects.

• At least 1 year of experience with Figma.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
