This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop visually striking and brand-aligned creative materials that support communication, marketing, training, and project goals.
• Design and create digital media, including presentations, infographics, social media visuals, web components, and email layouts.
• Produce printed materials such as brochures, posters, reports, signage, and promotional products.
• Simplify complex information into clear and engaging visual representations.
• Establish and uphold visual brand guidelines, templates, and style manuals.
• Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative creative solutions.
• Ensure designs are accurate, high-quality, and consistent.
• Handle multiple projects at once while adhering to deadlines.
• Prepare final artwork files for publishing and production purposes.
• Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide support to the Navy Neptune Enterprise Cloud Management team at GDIT.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with other relevant design software.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, and branding.
• Capability to interpret feedback and effectively iterate on designs.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Creative thinking and proficient problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Remote work location within the U.S.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation.
• Preferred knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with corporate branding and internal communications is preferred.
