This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Craft cross-channel user experiences.
• Serve a pharmaceutical client within a dedicated, fully integrated client team.
• Work collaboratively with client teams, engaging in their projects as a seamless part of their daily operations.
• Independently drive and fulfill design requirements.
• Employ best practices for accessible design implementation.
• Develop straightforward designs, logos, and low-complexity ideation.
• Generate production specifications/assets and coordinate directly with marketers for deployment.
• Utilize visual design abilities across animation, iconography, illustration, branding, and interaction design.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a graphic designer.
• Proficient in business English communication.
• Proficiency in German to effectively integrate German copy into designs on a daily basis.
• French (or other European) language skills are preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with agile marketing and processes.
• Experience in an agile work environment is advantageous.
• Capability to independently drive and meet design requirements.
• Knowledge of best practices in accessible design.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to produce simple designs, basic logos, and engage in low-complexity ideation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing & Communications, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing experience in generating innovative ideas, concepts, and human-centered design; experience with pharmaceutical brands is a plus.
• Experience in creating production specifications/assets and collaborating directly with marketers for deployment.
• Proficiency in visual design areas such as animation, iconography production, illustration, branding, and interaction design is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Figma, InVision, and Microsoft Word/PPT.
• Experience in the pharma/health technology sector is a plus.
