Visual Designer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance AI-generated outputs concerning visual design, user interface elements, branding concepts, and the practical components of design workflows.

• Analyze AI responses for precision, creativity, and compliance with industry design standards.

• Develop realistic design scenarios grounded in your professional experience.

• Generate scenario variations from diverse viewpoints (e.g., designer, client, creative director, or stakeholder).

• Detect gaps, oversights, or flawed reasoning in AI-generated visual materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior visual designer with extensive professional experience in the EU or UK.

• Proficient in advising on, preparing, and executing design projects and creative outputs.

• Experienced in evaluating design processes, documentation, and quality benchmarks.

• Capable of working independently while providing structured and constructive feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt responsiveness.
