This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as a primary point of contact between clinical teams, remote research clinicians, and investigator sites.
• Facilitate the execution of remote visits through meticulous coordination activities.
• Provide outreach and training for investigator sites that choose to utilize RRC services.
• Receive and manage Visit Request Forms (VRFs).
• Assign and confirm clinicians for remote visit sessions.
• Oversee visit logistics, including the provision of supplies, equipment, and courier services.
• Review documents uploaded in the Study Hub and inform relevant stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• A minimum of two (2) years of research experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a strong command of the English language.
• Strong presentation capabilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple studies while adhering to regulatory and institutional guidelines.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
