This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Increase sales for standard and new products through direct marketing initiatives/telephone sales for an assigned customer base.
• Engage in proactive outbound efforts to acquire new customers, supporting the field sales team in a designated region.
• Provide expert handling of internal and external customer inquiries, including questions regarding services, products, offers, and complaints (dentists and dental depots).
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, technical service, and complaint management.
• Utilize the CRM database, Salesforce, and record relevant customer contact information and order entries.
• Assist in special sales promotions and virtual sales activities.
• Offer customer consultations during Endo events.
• Generate market intelligence through customer surveys and knowledge management.
• Commercial training, dental medicine/technology training, or a comparable degree.
• Experience in sales.
• Background in telephone sales.
• Familiarity with handling complaints and experience as a medical device consultant.
• Proficient in MS Office and an ERP system (preferably Microsoft AX Dynamics).
• Knowledge of a CRM system (preferably Salesforce) is desirable.
• Fluent in German and possess good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
