Virtual Weight Management Physician – Full-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

• Provide telehealth services through synchronous and asynchronous patient care via our app.

• Manage a patient panel of 250 individuals, with variations based on full-time equivalent (FTE) status.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including dietitians, exercise specialists, and behavioral medicine professionals, to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

• Build lasting and meaningful relationships with your patients.

• Exercise autonomy while receiving administrative support.

• Work alongside experienced ABOM-certified physicians.

• Join a small, established, and entrepreneurial private practice that specializes in evidence-based obesity and lifestyle medicine as part of a growing tech company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a current Physician's license and DEA license in Minnesota **(Must be licensed in Minnesota)**.

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently.

• Capable of serving a diverse range of patients.

• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies effectively.

• ABOM certification is advantageous.

• Prior experience with telemedicine and remote care is a plus.

• Maintain a positive attitude, possess an encouraging personality, and show passion for achieving excellent patient outcomes.

• For contractor roles: compensation is based on the number of patients seen and the size of the managed panel.

• For salaried positions: compensation is determined by FTE hours worked; includes health, dental, and vision benefits, a 401k plan, as well as paid time off (PTO), sick days, and federal holidays.
