Virtual Tutor, Returners – Fall 2026

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual tutoring services to students in Math and/or English Language Arts (ELA)

• Review lesson plans and instructional materials beforehand to prepare for tutoring sessions

• Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback

• Employ interactive and engaging teaching techniques to enhance the learning experience

• Keep records of student progress and session results (e.g., online tracking system, reports)

• Communicate effectively with students and parents through the online platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum: currently enrolled in higher education or possess an associate degree

• Strong dedication to our students

• Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring is advantageous

• In-depth knowledge of Math and/or English Language Arts (ELA)

• Proficient in utilizing virtual learning platforms, online collaboration tools, and digital teaching strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Patience, empathy, and the skill to engage students in an online setting

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

• A laptop or desktop computer, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace

🏝️ Benefits

• Training: $18/hr payment to be received in a lump sum following the completion of training

• Tutoring: $18 per hour for new tutors / $20 per hour for experienced tutors

• $22 per hour for returning GO virtual tutors

• Payment will be invoiced bi-weekly, with a 1-week turnaround for payment.

• A perfect attendance bonus of $200 for tutors who attend all training sessions and tutoring sessions.
