Virtual Triage Total Loss Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients whose vehicles need repairs.

• Perform virtual assessments of vehicle damages, generate repair estimates, conduct total loss evaluations, and negotiate settlements.

• Work autonomously, oversee your workload, and communicate coverage, estimates, claims processes, settlements, and rental protocols to both agents and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 18 months of experience in writing auto collision estimates.

• Previous experience with an auto estimating software such as CCC One or Mitchel.
