Virtual Teacher, CTE-Business Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide live, synchronous instruction on camera for five (5) or more hours each day.

• Utilize student performance data to tailor instruction and pinpoint learning gaps.

• Offer timely and meaningful feedback on student assignments while maintaining precise records.

• Foster authentic relationships with students and their families through professional communication.

• Collaborate with school partners and Edmentum colleagues to guarantee consistent support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline.

• Active state teaching license in Alabama, Minnesota, and/or Nevada for CTE-Business Education grades 6-12.

• Experience in teaching within virtual and/or in-person environments.

• Ability to handle the unique challenges of a live online classroom.

• Confident and engaging presence on camera.

• Practical experience with online learning platforms, virtual instruction tools, and standard productivity software.

• Data-informed: capacity to interpret student performance data and adapt live instruction as needed.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
