This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Conduct sales activities to ensure the achievement of financial commitments within the service organization under the Virtual Service Sales Leader.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to secure maintenance contracts for PCS products in the assigned area, executing timely maintenance renewals (MSA Renewal), new acquisitions, price increases, and upselling.
• Collaborate closely with the MSA sales team, field service engineers, equipment sales teams, dealers, and the head office marketing department to support business growth and contribute to achieving revenue and profit targets for maintenance services in the designated area.
• Enhance the overall sales productivity of the service sales team to enable MSA sales in the assigned area to provide greater value through customer visits.
• Perform tasks such as inputting customer status into the CRM, sharing information with the MSA sales team, creating quotations, and requesting contract drafting.
• Native-level Japanese language skills capable of negotiating with customers over the phone.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of initiative and confidence as a team player.
• At least three years of sales experience in the service or sales department, or experience as a service engineer in the medical field.
• Strong negotiation skills based on field experience that can influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute necessary actions for customers.
