Virtual Service Sales, 超音波保守テレセールス

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Engage in sales activities to ensure the service organization's financial commitments are met under the guidance of the Virtual Service Sales Leader.

• Conduct proactive sales efforts via telephone to secure maintenance contracts for ultrasound diagnostic equipment within the designated region, focusing on timely maintenance renewals (MSA Renewal), new acquisitions, price increases, and upselling.

• Collaborate closely with the MSA sales team, field service engineers, equipment sales team, distributors, and the headquarters marketing department to support business growth and achieve revenue and profit targets for maintenance services in the assigned area.

• Contribute to enhancing the sales productivity of the entire service sales team to enable MSA sales representatives to provide added value through customer visits.

• Perform tasks such as entering customer status into the CRM, sharing information with the MSA sales team, preparing estimates, and requesting contract documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level Japanese language skills to negotiate with customers over the phone.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident and proactive team player attitude.

• A minimum of three years of sales experience in the service sector or as a service engineer in the medical field.

• Negotiation skills supported by field experience, enabling influence within the organization and with customers.

• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute necessary actions for customer satisfaction.

• Strong awareness of compliance standards.
