Virtual Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Execute the client’s marketing strategy through sales presentations directed at both current and potential customers.

• Conduct client-led outbound communications, including calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with designated targets and prospective clients.

• Clearly communicate the clinical advantages and value of the product to healthcare professionals and office staff utilizing virtual educational resources and support materials.

• Build trust and credibility through consistent and professional virtual interactions with healthcare professionals and office staff.

• Create and implement a business plan for the territory to address customer needs and meet objectives.

• Organize and plan activities to ensure regular and effective coverage of the territory.

• Stay informed about local and regional market trends within the virtual territory.

• Manage territory data and adhere to reporting and regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with field sales partners to support shared, high-value accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is essential.

• A minimum of 1+ years of specialty sales experience is required, with a preference for Urology.

• Proven track record of documented and consistent sales performance achievement.

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in virtual sales is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively across functions with field sales partners to strategically support shared, high-value accounts.
