This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the pertinent product and disease area to engage in detailed discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Support account management through account planning, coordination of field resources, customer education, promotional assistance, and reporting.
• Cultivate a strong phone presence and develop effective business relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
• Utilize customer networks, resources, and digital tools to enhance connectivity and outreach.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities that facilitate access, policy development, programs, and processes to boost product demand.
• Engage selected healthcare professionals in both informational and promotional communications.
• Profile and manage lists of targeted healthcare professionals while offering value-added benefits to increase product volume.
• Maintain required call productivity and performance metrics.
• Oversee daily sales call activities to optimize time management and achieve sales and market share goals.
• Listen to and address customer needs and inquiries to meet call-plan objectives.
• Deliver accurate product information using appropriate medical terminology.
• Complete client product training and fulfill training requirements.
• Report project progress to the Virtual Sales Manager, Field Regional Sales Manager, and field colleagues.
• Implement sales strategies in adherence to Federal Healthcare Program guidelines, FDA promotional regulations, and client policies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, device, or B2B sectors.
• Gastrointestinal (GI) experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in virtual/contact center sales is mandatory.
• Strong technical skills are essential.
• A robust work ethic and the ability to quickly build rapport are necessary.
• A positive attitude and adaptability to new circumstances are crucial.
• Willingness to seek and actively request feedback on performance and skill enhancement.
• Successful completion of the client’s product training, encompassing self-study, assessments, field work, and classroom or electronic training.
• Adherence to Federal Healthcare Program standards, FDA promotional regulations, and client policies is required.
