This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Boost sales of both standard and new products through direct marketing initiatives and telephone sales for a designated customer base.

• Engage in proactive outbound calls to attract new customers in order to assist the field sales team within a specific region.

• Professionally manage inquiries from both internal and external customers, addressing questions about services, products, and offers, as well as resolving complaints (pertaining to dentists and dental depots).

• Collaborate closely with the sales team and technical service departments to effectively address and manage complaints.

• Utilize the CRM database, specifically Salesforce, to record essential customer contact information and process orders.

• Provide support for targeted sales campaigns and virtual promotional events.

• Offer customer consultations during endodontics events.

• Generate market intelligence through customer surveys and knowledge management initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of commercial training, dental/dental-technical training, or a comparable qualification.

• Proven sales experience.

• Background in telephone sales.

• Experience in managing complaints and serving as a medical device advisor.

• Proficient in using the MS Office suite and an ERP system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX).

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is advantageous.

• Fluency in German and a good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
