• Act as the gatekeeper for the quality of deals within our acquisitions pipeline in Austin, TX.

• Tasked with sourcing, analyzing, underwriting, and coordinating various deals.

• Conduct daily monitoring of the Austin-area MLS to pinpoint properties that fit our buying criteria.

• Evaluate incoming opportunities from agents, wholesalers, and off-market sources.

• Collect and verify property, comparable, rental, and market data.

• Compute Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO), After Repair Value (ARV), and anticipated cash-on-cash returns.

• Oversee the underwriting process once deals demonstrate potential.

• Keep organized, structured, and version-controlled systems for deal tracking.

• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in US real estate underwriting (Single Family Residence + small multifamily, with a value-add focus)

• Demonstrated capability to independently categorize deals (Pass / Keep / Escalate)

• Deep understanding of ARV analysis, comparables, investor buying criteria, and pro forma modeling

• High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel

• Comprehensive knowledge of US residential real estate financing structures and terminology

• Skillful at identifying missing data and autonomously guiding deals from intake to the completion of underwriting

• Strong analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
