Senior Access and Identity Analyst – IAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee the identity lifecycle (JML): Ensure that access grants and revocations for Joiners, Movers, and Leavers are completed within SLA timelines.

• Platform administration: Serve as the main administrator of the IdP (managing groups and SSO/SAML policies) and control access to SaaS, as well as internal and external applications, while consistently applying the principle of least privilege.

• Support and operations: Manage daily tickets related to account creation, detailed permissions, and access reviews.

• Mapping and automation: Create and document access approval workflows. Set up flows and automations to enhance the request pipeline.

• Integrations: Assist with the integration of new tools into our IdP, including the configuration of automatic provisioning and SSO.

• Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to develop scripts that alleviate the operational burden of repetitive tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background as an IAM Analyst, Information Security professional, or SysAdmin specializing in access management (minimum of 4 years).

• Advanced skills in administering cloud-based IdPs.

• Extensive experience with ticketing systems (designing workflows, management, and automations for service desks).

• Practical experience in managing access across modern technical tools.

• Process-oriented, “builder” mindset: recognize that organization, documentation, and standardization are necessary before automation.

• Analytical skills to create technical documentation (SOPs) and flowcharts.

• Effective communication abilities to coordinate between Governance and Engineering teams.

• Additional assets:

• Basic programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, Node, etc.) for API interactions and automation development.

• Familiarity with cloud-based access and identity management.

• Previous experience with IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) tools and SCIM implementation.

• Interest and experience in utilizing Artificial Intelligence to enhance workflows and identify access anomalies.

• Understanding of security and control frameworks relevant to access (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
