This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Configure, sustain, and enhance Workday modules, including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Benefits, Absence, Reporting, and Analytics.
• Oversee the complete solution lifecycle from gathering requirements, analyzing processes, designing solutions, configuring, testing, deploying, documenting, training, and providing post-implementation support.
• Propel adoption, optimization, and transformation initiatives that leverage Workday capabilities and accommodate changing business requirements.
• Create and uphold workforce analytics, KPI reporting, dashboards, and executive insights to aid in decision-making and workforce planning.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of HRIS and/or Workday experience, with at least 3 years focused on hands-on Workday configuration and administration across various functional areas.
• A solid comprehension of Workday architecture, encompassing business processes, security, reporting, integrations, and data management.
• Proven capability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions, implementation strategies, and system designs.
• Proficient in utilizing Workday’s emerging AI/ML features to enhance HR processes, workforce insights, skills management, talent recommendations, and operational efficiency.
• Current Workday certifications in Core HCM, Reporting, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent, or related modules are preferred.
