This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Organize, initiate, optimize, and evaluate client campaigns.

• Track outcomes and provide comprehensive reports.

• Engage in strategic discussions and effectively communicate with both clients and the internal team.

• Act as a technical and organizational reference within the operation.

• Assist in managing a streamlined team while ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and project objectives.

• Strong knowledge and HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE with Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads.

• Commitment to a long-term position (we are not seeking freelancers).

• Availability for daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly meetings.

• Readiness for client meetings (onboarding, access setup, and results presentations).

• Desire for ongoing professional development.

• Excellent communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a professional demeanor.

• Proactive approach and initiative in problem-solving and suggesting enhancements.

• Familiarity with marketing and organizational tools.

• Experience in client management, organizing requests, prioritizing tasks, and tracking deliverables.
