Virtual Psychiatrist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge of Baba's systems, tools, technologies, and partnerships while leveraging clinical expertise during patient interactions.

• Perform brief telehealth intake assessments and initial evaluations for patients requiring behavioral health support and advocacy.

• Assess and prioritize patient needs to ensure a seamless care continuum.

• Manage patient care plans alongside healthcare advocates, addressing social determinants of health such as food access, transportation, and in-home support.

• Work together with the technology team to create AI tools that improve the clinical experience.

• Assist in the development of a new patient care program tailored for Medicare-aged individuals.

• Operate in a dynamic, early-stage startup atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board certification in adult psychiatry is required.

• Must be licensed in multiple states.

• Previous experience with Medicare patients is essential.

• Familiarity with EMRs, care management systems, and telehealth processes.

• Excellent communication, listening, and empathy skills are necessary.

• Ability to work with adults of all ages facing behavioral health, medical, and health-related social challenges.

• Previous experience providing care through telehealth is preferred.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Holding multiple state Psychiatrist licenses is required.

• IMLC status should be indicated in the application.
