Virtual Personal Banker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +17 more states.

📋 Description

• Advise FFCU members on financial products and services tailored to their individual needs.

• Handle and oversee member accounts, including the establishment of new and sub-accounts.

• Review, manage, and make decisions on consumer loan applications in accordance with consumer lending policies and underwriting standards.

• Administer and oversee credit and debit card services.

• Diagnose, investigate, and provide responses and training on member services technology and related matters.

• Collaborate with colleagues and various departments to ensure the processing of member requests for investments, mortgages, business loans, and insurance.

• Engage in special projects and undertake additional assignments as required.

• May require occasional travel to participate in meetings, conferences, training, or other work-related events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support, sales, customer service, and banking within a Credit Union or financial institution.

• Familiarity with consumer loan application processes and management.

• Background in account opening and executing teller transactions.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• All applicants must be bondable and uphold bondable status throughout their employment in compliance with credit union regulatory standards.
