📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact in a patient's healthcare journey.

• Provide tailored support to patients via phone, email, and live chat.

• Ensure patients feel acknowledged, informed, and well-cared-for from the very first interaction.

• Assist patients with registration, respond to inquiries, and prepare them for their initial consultation.

• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to facilitate successful patient registration.

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or any customer-facing position.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Bachelor's Degree.
