Virtual Patient Care Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and decide on the optimal treatment plan for H-Wave home usage, effectively guiding patient users of H-Wave home devices through video and audio communication technology.

• Review, initiate outreach, schedule instructional sessions for home units, and follow up on all referrals for H-Wave devices.

• Ensure that exceptional customer service is delivered to each patient, leading to positive outcomes.

• Provide administrative assistance to designated Sales Consultants and support them in completing forms and paperwork resulting from consultations.

• Exhibit a strong capacity to work autonomously while adhering to instructions and established procedures.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies, processes, software, and more.

• Manage inventory of medical devices as required.

• Comply with telecommuting work policies and requirements.

• Exemplify a culture that reflects our core company values.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work a full-time schedule of five (5) days a week, which includes both Saturdays and Sundays.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Background in COTA, PTA, ATC, Personal Training, Kinesiology, and/or Sports Medicine is preferred.

• Proven ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Over 3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a role involving external customers.

• Must have a private space at home where virtual instruction can be conducted.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills through various media, including phone, video, and email.

• Detail-oriented.

• Experience with Microsoft Platforms is preferred.
