Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner, NY Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Providing patient care through telehealth visits, including phone triage calls, video consultations, and email follow-ups.

• Engaging in continuous education during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various other learning methods.

• Collaborating consistently with both virtual and in-office colleagues through daily huddles.

• Leveraging your specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding care to patients in a virtual environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program and hold a national certification.

• Within the last five years, have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of:

• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting treating patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine environment managing patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently possess a license in New York and the capability to acquire additional state licenses.

• Willingness to work shifts on weekdays and weekends (availability for every Saturday or Sunday is mandatory).

• Current shift hours range from (6am-5pm EST, 7am-6pm EST, 8am-7pm EST, 11am-10pm EST, 1pm-12am EST).

• Demonstrated excellent clinical and communication abilities.
