Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner – CA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Providing care to patients through telehealth consultations, which include phone triage calls, video appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engaging in continuous education during weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning avenues.

• Collaborating consistently with both remote and in-office colleagues through daily huddles.

• Applying your specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual care to patients.

• Open to acquiring additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical's virtual primary care services in other states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited FNP program with national certification.

• Within the last five years, worked as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of 2 years in an outpatient primary care environment serving patients of all ages (0+), OR for 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently possess a California license with the capacity to obtain licenses in additional states.

• Availability to work shifts on weekdays and weekends (every other Saturday and/or Sunday is mandatory).

• Current working hours span from 11am to 10pm or 1pm to 12am PST.
