This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address patient inquiries through phone and messaging platforms with clear, precise, and timely communication.
• Deliver compassionate, exceptional support with a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, rescheduling, and facilitating patient onboarding.
• Enhance patient retention and outreach through follow-ups, reminders, and proactive check-ins.
• Coordinate and monitor clinical and administrative workflows to ensure patients receive necessary support without delays, including:
• Prior authorizations (gathering information, monitoring status, and escalating when necessary).
• Prescription and refill coordination (triaging requests and directing them to the clinical team).
• FMLA / documentation requests (intake, routing, monitoring, and follow-up).
• General administrative duties and patient coordination among internal teams.
• Accurately record patient interactions to guarantee proper follow-up, case tracking, and continuity of support.
• Identify recurring patient issues and provide feedback to enhance workflows and service quality.
• Collaborate closely with team members to resolve patient concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Maintain a reliable, high-speed internet connection for seamless communication.
• Consistently strive to deliver the best possible experience for our patients.
• Minimum of 2 years in a patient-facing support role (behavioral health, digital health, telehealth, nursing administration, pharmacy, insurance, or similar).
• Previous experience in a telehealth or call center setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows (scheduling, insurance, pharmacies, documentation).
• Clinical background is advantageous (e.g., MA/CNA, nursing exposure, behavioral health settings, pharmacy), but not mandatory.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Remain calm under pressure and provide empathetic support to patients, particularly in sensitive situations.
• A quick learner who can adapt to new processes and remain updated on changes.
• Organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple conversations without overlooking details.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Skilled in using tools such as Dialpad, Slack, Healthie (or similar platforms).
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and clear documentation practices.
